Born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, he moved to his beloved Pontevedra (Galicia) at the age of 3. Ignacio received his BsC in Telecommunications Engineering with a speciality in Image and Audio Processing (2014) and his MsC in Signal Processing for Telecommunications (2017) from the University of Vigo. While studying his masters degree in 2015 he started working at the Multimedia Technology Group at the University of Vigo as a supporting engineer in the field of acoustics and audio processing. Later on, in 2018, he joined the Automotive Technology Centre of Galicia (CTAG) where he was part of a team of engineers focused on Deep Learning for ADAS systems and Autonomous Driving applications.
